Everything you need to know about joining our fitness classes.
Do I need to be fit to join classes?
Not at all! Our classes are designed to accommodate all fitness levels. Tamzin provides modifications for every exercise, so whether you're a complete beginner or experienced, you'll be challenged appropriately.
What should I bring to class?
Just bring yourself, a water bottle, and a towel. We provide all equipment including weights, mats, and any specialized gear needed for the sessions.
How do I book classes?
Ultimate Access members get priority booking, followed by Unlimited Classes members. You can book through our Momence app or website up to 7 days in advance.
What if I need to cancel?
You can cancel up to 2 hours before class starts. Late cancellations or no-shows may result in a penalty for Ultimate Access members.
Are the Mother & Baby classes safe?
Absolutely! Tamzin is qualified in Mother & Baby exercise. These classes are specifically designed for the changing needs of pregnant and new mothers, with modifications for every stage.
Can I attend if I have an injury?
Please speak to Tamzin before class about any injuries or concerns. She can provide alternative exercises and modifications to ensure you can participate safely.
